There are two options for settings/clearing the locked flag for all windows in the UI settings. The checkbox on the settings window changes this property for a single window. There are three layers to most windows – background, frame, foreground. There are two modes for the window – normal and mouseover, The settings window can be opened by bringing up the context menu (right clicking) over a window and selecting the “Window Settings” option. Once a window is moved, it become attached to the nearest point above and will retain its offset to this point if the resolution changes. The default attachment is set in the UI skin. The current attach points include: Top left, Top middle, top right, left center, center, right center, bottom left, bottom middle, bottom right, letterbox top, and letterbox bottom.
